Description

Condition: Marble case has one large chip, about 2 inches, top right on the curved section over numeral 2, shows in foto, less obvious in person. The time dial is very nice with original hands. The porcelain dials for the barometer and calendar are perfect; day and date hands on the calendar are replacements. On the front side of the rear access door is a prominent plaque that reads: "Chas Jacques Clock Co., 22 Cortland St., NY". This firm was in business from 1890-1921 and was an agent for V. Blanpain of Paris. Extremely heavy. Height 19.75 inches
