Description

Condition: Wood case is in good condition the case repainted black and the gilded elements now gold painted. The large and original porcelain dial has several hairline cracks and is damaged around the time side winding hole. The hands are original. The brass movement with pull repeat, strikes the quarters and hours on 2 bells (hour is not given on regular strike), and repeats the full quarters and hours via 2 separate hammers. The simple pendulum appears to be original. Movement is sound and complete, but dirty. If it had original case finish, this clock would sell in Geneva for $5,000+. Height 26.5 inches
