Description
Condition: Mahogany veneered case in pretty nice condition with some veneer repairs on the base and the scrolls. Metal dial has been repainted. Case houses a very interesting and well made movement with rack strike. We have consulted a knowledgeable Pennsylvania collector who assures us this movement is attributable to the Solliday family of clockmakers, rather than Custer. Despite the wrong name on the repainted dial, this is a nice clock that is otherwise original. Height 39 inches
