Description
Condition: Appears to be a homemade case by someone with some skill who fitted a Seth Thomas movement with a French pendulum and designed his own calendar movement that was tripped off the countwheel. The movement is operational, but needs cleaning. The calendar mechanism looks to have been made out of galvanized steel for the plates and wheelwork. There is some surface rust on the steelwork, and the hands are not currently advancing. Interesting dial with date top center and days of the week and months to the sides. In buying this you can be assured that no one else will have one like it. Height 19.5 inches
