Description
Condition: Unusual design on the Davies patent model that was being produced by Ansonia. Cast dial has lost most of it original gilding. Paper dial is soiled and stained. Bell has been moved to the back of the crossbar instead of the original place in front to allow for the swing of the pendulum. Dome is a replacement that is a bit large for the base. Movement is signed "F. Kroeber". Despite deficiencies, this is an uncommon model that will appeal to the Kroeber collector. Height 16.5 inches
