Description
Condition: Refinished mahogany case is above average for a triple-decker. The gilt columns and eagle splat have not been overpainted and are showing their age. The two painted tablets are original. The lower painted tablet is lifting in places and will need to be stabilized. Dial is very nice with some fading of the numbers. The movement is marked. The pendulum and hands are original. There is veneer loss on the upper door and some on the bottom that will need to be addressed. The caps to the chimney are missing. One weight fits fine; other a tight fit in channel. Height 39 inches
