Condition: we were unable to open the case to verify the condition, however this was a quality item when made for a high line English department store, and it is fully restorable. These were expensive when new. Much of the silvered chapter ring is tarnished. Seem to bring around $1,500. Height of brass wall bracket 24" Diameter of ball 5"
