Information taken from the full label on the back. The excellent original glass is also signed, "Boyle Bros., Boston". I can find no information on Boyle Bros. As you can see the 22.25 inches high, light walnut case has been expertly refinished, and is quality material and workmanship all around. There are a couple of indignities but not worth calling attention to; a small split and a small skin place. The dial and pan, and the gong, all look original. The movement however is Seth Thomas, No.5.5, and the pendulum hanger and pendulum are Seth Thomas, and judging from extra holes, not original to this case.
