Description

Ca around 1900. The maker's trade-mark is on the 8 day movement. Chimes on 8 long rods and has pull strings to advance the strike. This is so typical of many we have sold; the large silver dial with black paint is excellent; beveled and leaded glass in the bottom; beat scale and pendulum both silver; all very nice. The 31 inch wood? Case (maybe oak) is clean, has no problems or repairs, rather plain but very heavy and very nice. There are round glasses on each side. Spanish name on the dial was probably the selling dealer.
