5 rod gong in the case. When I set it up to photograph, the movement was in a zip-loc bag inside the case. It lacks a hair fitting the dial. I don't know if the repair man intended to make it work or what. The 8 day movement is a new Franz Hermle #84, 340-020, with 5 gong hammers. It is a balance wheel movement. The dirty, but fairly nice, walnut case is 14 inches high, 11 inches wide. It will need some stain around the base, and cleaning all over. It is numbered, "267".
