Description
It appears to be well made and it is running. The top is hinged and locked. You unlock the top with the winding key. One winding arbor in the dial, so it isn't a ships bell. The metal case attaches to a plastic back, which in turn is fastened to a wall. The metal dial is 5.5 inch, the back is 9 inch.
