Description
Running and striking properly. The 15.5 inches high metal case was painted (original) in body tones and landscape tones. The piece above the clock is a god spewing water out of his mouth that runs down below the clock and makes a flowing spring. The maiden is there to get a drink. Porcelain dial with painted roses, signed, "Carre Au Niort". Good beveled glass and sash. The four feet, front and rear covers, are bronze. Interesting clock and small enough to use anywhere.
