Description
This clock has always been called the "Liberty" clock by those of us who can barely read. The glass has the word LIBERTY in big letters and a large picture of the Statue of Liberty. Adams was probably a clock dealer who ordered a large quantity of this same clock. It is a great walnut case, 22 inches high, refinished inside and out like all the other clocks in this collection. A near perfect glass, very nice original dial, great pendulum, gong, and signed movements. It is 8 day, Cathedral gong strike, alarms on a bell, and it is running. It is not pictured in the Ingraham catalogs.
