Description
Without going into a long discourse, the clock does not strike the hours because the strike train is an alarm train. On the dial is printed, "Fattorini & Sons Patent Automatic Alarm No.16226". To understand this rare clock you need to read, NAWCC Bulletin No.309. The walnut case has been cleaned and polished, is like new, all original, and the 8 day movement is humming right along. Part of a label on the back. The case and movement pictured in the Bulletin article is identical to this clock.
