Description

The case is one of the "Metals", ca 1909, except this one has never had a metal on it and the whole case is etched, pressed, carved, or what ever they would do to recess or raise some wood, then paint the indentions black The case is dirty and will need some minor repairs. On the right side of the top piece, there is a break, bottom left side piece is not attached to the case and has a piece of the veneer missing. The same piece on the right side will need to be attached better. Small ticks here and there. It is all original, but needs a suspension and pendulum. The correct pendulum can be purchased from Timesavers. Parts of 2 labels, back and inside on the base. 8 day, strike and alarm, does not run of course. This case with the metals is pictured in Ly-Seth Thomas #1115.
