Description
Mounts to an iron back plate. 12 inch metal dial, beginning to pit. Some may clean off but more than likely a new paint job will be required soon. The case of quarter sawn oak has beautiful grain, very few extra doodads. The turned feet and turned and grooved columns, is about as fancy as it gets. The heavy case is 22.25 inches wide, 19.25 inches high. There is no cover over the dial and never was. The back is solid and inaccessible. You get to the pendulum from the base. From all indications this is a factory made clock. I have personally owned at least 25 Seth Thomas clocks that were never pictured in any catalog that I have.
