4 inches tall, brass case, beveled glass, 2 inch dial marked made in America, trade mark, Parker. Wind and set alarm from back. Alarm mechanism winds at bottom of clock. Running. Not sure if the alarm mechanism is complete. Ly American Clocks Volume 1 #674.
