Description
Another great walnut case, 28 inches high. The Ansonia collector bought this clock because he and his wife were librarians. I probably should keep it because my name is on the calendar dial. Both dials look to be original, as is the pendulum with the special wire hanger. The case parts, including the 2 pieces on top that come off easily, are all marked, "16". The movement is 8 day, striking a coil gong. This is a fine original clock still in excellent condition after 125 years of service. Ly-Calendar #340.
