Description

Condition: As good as it gets. This is only the second one of these we have had in 25 years of auctions, and it is exceptional. The last one sold in October 2001, for 3000+ dollars (lot 555). This clock came to us from a home in the Bronx where it has stood for many years. The gilding on the tu-tone arm is still bright and the statue retains original patina in excellent condition. Porcelain dial with Junghans trademark and JewelerÕs name. Recall that Liberty was a Centennial gift from the French to America. Height 18.5 inches
