Description
Very clean and running, and without any trademark or signature. Very good bronze dial and cast dial surround with mythical birds, snakes, worms, cupid, grapes, and vines. That is a lot of stuff for one piece of bronze. Cast and gilt floral lyre pendulum. Other bronze ornaments top and bottom, as well as the column capitals and bases. The ebonized veneer case is 18" high, 4 turned columns. A few chips on the veneer, primarily on the right ends, top and base. 4 turned feet. This is a well made clock that has been waiting for someone to clean the bronze and make the minor repairs to the veneer.
