Description
In a fairly plain oak case 74.5" high, 2 doors, both with 1 piece glass, bottom with slats to imitate several pieces of glass. This is a three spring movement, unsigned, running and striking on 6 gong rods. Large brass pendulum, brass dial ring and inner dial, silver chapter ring. Everything looks to be original except a small piece of wood on the base, in the back, where it isn't seen. If it were stained to match you would never see it. Both doors with key lock, bottom is working, top missing two small teeth that engage in the side lock. Good clock with a low minimum to encourage bidding.
