Description

Walnut case, 26.5" high, refinished and clean. One small chip on the top right trim. On several of the hanging balltops we have had, there has been a paper label on the inside of the door. This one says, "No. C. 807". I have always had the feeling that was their code for 1907 or1908, the date it was made. This clock is correct and all original with the exception of a repainted dial. 8 day movement still has the Geneva stops in place, and movement needs to be oiled. Strikes the hours on a coil gong, alarms on a brass bell. Accessories are all brass.
