Description
The base marble is cracked and repaired and is chipped. The mottled yellow marble in the main part of the case is cracked and chipped. The top marble has a little roughness, but is otherwise good. The cast decorative elements have lost a fair amount of their original fire gilding. The gilt dial is very nice and the hands are original. The beveled door glass has a couple of tiny chips on the edges. The well made silk suspension movement is in good order. Still has some potential if you are handy with marble restoration.
