with the serial no. 70809 on the movement and case in nice condition with minor scratches. The silvered dial is relatively tarnish free but has a few scratches. The hands are original. This clock was retailed by "Bailey Banks & Biddle Co." of Philadelphia. A good early Chelsea clock. Height 5.5 inches
