Description
Note the large 2 vial mercury pendulum. Although pleasant, this item can be made more impressive by cutting a mirror for the rear door; it will reflect the pendulum and lighten the dark area where the pendulum swings. The black slate dial is incised with gold Roman numerals, and with open brocot escapement. Hands are original. Minor chip in front beveled glass. Height 19 inches
