Description

The upper dial is very clean with normal signs of wear, while the lower dial is a little darker and shows some bubbling of the paint and discoloration. The hands are original. The replacement finials, while sharp and nicely turned, are not to the proper profile; see Ly's book titled Welch Clocks, page 79 for proper profile. The bottom hinge on the door has been replaced. Now despite these minor problems, this is an exceptional Wagner. Height 32.5 inches
