Circa 1890 3 1/2 inches open escapement enamel dial, 8-day, brass spring driven movement, typical French crystal regulator with open escapement, very well made, would do well with cleaning and restoration, case needs cleaning and dial has chips and hairlines near 6 and 7 o'clock. Height 12 inches
