This is a beautiful figural clock, with original bronze and bright yellow ormolu; excellent quality figure and mounts. Note the theme: a courtier sending a love letter off to his beloved via pigeon (letter in birds beak) . The case houses a nicely restored silk suspension movement, with period pendulum Height 17.5 inches
