Description

the time and minute dials rotating in the center of the urn, and the time indicated by a serpents tongue. This clock has been recently restored, and the 2 dials appear to be new (very well done, with individual chevron numerals). The movement has been cleaned and is in running order; has an interesting hidden hand inside the winding door, to make the task of setting the time easier. Has interesting frieze panels of 19th century hunting scenes with dogs and hunters on horseback. Height 15 inches
