Description
During the years up to about 1880, Becker tried very hard to compete with Lenzkirch with quality clocks such as this. This is a neat example of a masculine alarm, with a bearded dwarf holding a barrel overhead, containing the pendulette movement. The case and figure are made of ormolu, with wear to the gilding, but still in nice condition. Height 8.5 inches
