Description
Almost identical to No. 514, the case is 65" high, 22.75" wide, quartered oak, double locks on the door, very clean and well preserved. The number "542" is stamped on top of the case. The 12" metal dial, with open seconds dial, is almost perfect. This master clock is 60 beat and came with a program clock and many subsidiary clocks. As the picture shows the program is on the left side of the case and on the right are two pilot dials, and an electric gauge dial. There are a multitude of switches, circuits, and other things known only to rocket scientists. On the base are 4 push buttonsfor ringing signals at other than scheduled times and places.
