Description
Case entirely in cobalt blue with gold trimmings. It is GilbertÕs clock, "No. 2800", and is a beautiful clock with a regal look. The case is certainly no piker, standing 13.25" high, and 13.5" wide. Gilbert cases are not marked Royal Bonn. Round 8 day movement is signed by Gilbert. Half hour rack strike on gong. Rocco sash, visible escapement, beveled glass. Ly-Gilbert, No. 1462 is identical to this clock.
