Description

There are four Sonora bells that play the Westminster Chimes on the quarter hours. This is more than likely the, "Chime Clock No. 13", in a mahogany case around 15 inches high. The four feet are missing so it is a little less than 15 inches. The case is good but for a little missingveneer on the back base. The clock is running but could use some service. The silver dial is tarnished all over, almost black. No doubt would cleanup if you know the secret. Bowed glass, brass sash and dial ring. No strike-silentlever on the side, but I canÕt believe anyone would buy a nice Sonora BellChime clock and silence its pretty tones, therefore you donÕt need the strike-silentlever, right? S-F adjustment in the center of the dial, and all 3 windingarbors on the dial front. Ly-Seth Thomas No. 713.
