Description
It goes completely around the 4 sides. 8 day movement is signed, "Made in France", and is stamped with the "Medaille D"Argent" insignia. Good brass case is 10 1/4 inches tall, excessive polishing has removed some of the finish. Great porcelain dial, hand painted garland of flowers inside the numbers. Minutes marked outside the numbers. 4 beveled glasses, all very good. Live mercury, 2 vial pendulum, cloisonne all around. Strikes half hours on a cathedral gong, running nicely.
