Description

The top metal part was used on many bases. The reference below shows other style clocks using this top. The case is 11 1/2 inches high, painted gold. Originally was bronze or gold gilt. Movement is 8 day, signed, rack and snail, striking half hours on a standing gong. 2 piece porcelain dial is very good, beveled glass has a couple of edge chips.
