8 day strike and alarm. Alarm mechanism is missing from the case, old iron bell in place for an alarm. Strikes hours on a coil gong. Running, but out of beat. Old painted zinc dial, only 3 screw holes. Early movement is unsigned. Andrew Jackson glass a replacement. 19 inch mahogany veneer case has a few veneer chips on the base. More significant is the damage on top which seems to be a vulnerable spot on beehive cases. Old door latch.
