Brass painted black, designed as an old Paris street lamp with a plaque reading "Place de l'Opera", ivory-colored bakelite shade. D. Off-white, Roman numerals, aperture for alarm setting, elaborate blued steel hands. M. 19Ó, half-plate, two-barrel, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance-spring, balance between antishock endstones. Signed on the dial. Dim. 27 x 5 cm.
