Description
Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to restore this early case and movement. The full plate movement has fine cut pinions and a nice early 3 spoke mono-metallic balance [on the rear plate] controlling an early lever set up [see detail photo]. Small silvered alarm dial also on rear plate. Porcelain dial has a noticeable repair along the bottom and another hairline. But overall very good condition and running. Dimensions, width 3.8Ó, Height 6.25Ó [unusual proportions]. $300-$500
