Description

Although there are a few nick and scrapes on the walnut case, this is the nicest spring regulator we have seen in a long time. The signed porcelain dial is perfect and the hands are original. This example has a brass repousse pendulum, an angel in the center, a lion and many roses. The spring driven movement ticks, but would benefit from service. One of the side finials has a little piece missing. There is a nice engraved presentation plate inside the case , to Komarden H. Mueller, Nov 1, 1893, commemorating a military celebration of non commissioned officers. We expect a lot of interest in this clock. Height 41.50Ó $400-$600
