Description
The case has its original finish with the normal signs of wear, minor edge abrasion, etc. The silvered dial is bright, with only minor discoloration around the winding holes. The hands are replacements, but are the correct length.. The clock was given as gift in 1929 as indicated by the interesting bottom tablet, carefully done in reverse gold leaf: "Presented to Montedonico Proudfit and Co., by the liverpool and London and Globe Insurance Co......Oct 1929".
