Description
This deck watch is housed in a nicely made mahogany case with gimbals, however the viewing glass is missing from the second level, and the case key is missing. The inner box has a brass plate that reads: "U.S.S.B. Ship Watch 1058". The movement ticks and is sound, the dial is in excellent condition with original hands. The box is fitted into a larger mahogany case with a leather fastening strap that has a place for a serial No. or ship cartouche. Height 5.25Ó $500-$700
