Dark oak stained case is 74 inches high, barley twist columns on top door, molding decorations on middle and bottom section, 4 large turned wood feet. 2 key locks, brass escutcheons, key. Side vents for sound effect. Large 8 day brass, 3 train spring movement, is signed. Plays Westminster chimes on quarters, 4 hammers on 4 rods, 2 hammers on 2 different rods on the hours. Brass pendulum, wood stick. 11 1/2 inch square brass dial, cast spandrels in the corners, silver dial ring. Numerals are etched and painted black.
