Description
"William L. Gilbert Clock Co., Winsted, Conn", "Column Spring" shelf clock, ca 1879. Miniature column and cornice in a 15 inch mahogany veneer case, with shell and gilt columns. If I didn't know better I would call this a new case. It must have spent its life in a box under the bed. I would call it mint-original if not for a tiny hole at the base of the left column. 8 day, strike. Ly-Gilbert No.1082.
