Description
"Putnam Bailey, North-Goshen, Conn", flat cased column and cornice. Figured scroll top, tiger maple trim. 34 1/2 inch case is mahogany veneer otherwise and pretty nice, a little veneer lifting on the right-bottom, a chip at the very top of the cornice, and a chip around the brass escutcheon. Working door lock, no key. 30 hour wood movement, strike and internal alarm. Strikes an iron bell below the movement and alarms on a iron bell on top of the case. Period weights, full label, no bob, replaced painting is by Moberg. The top glass is original.
