Description
Very rare piece with bronze and green onyx. Applied bronze ornaments and decorations. 8 day movement is signed "Made in France, Louis Boname, Seloncourt, Douss". Strikes a hanging gong. Live mercury pendulum, machined bronze bezel, etched dial with recessed black numerals. Case is 19 inches high, 14 inches wide. The seated lady is looking at a box filled with jewels. A beveled mirror stands on top of the clock case. The metal has been cleaned or polished. 4 beveled glasses in the crystal regulator section.
