I did not time it for accuracy but that is simple to adjust. Front pendulum tie down lever. Bubble level below the dial. Very nice bright brass case is 9 inches high, 8 1/4 inches wide. Gray dial I believe is phosphorus for nighttime viewing. Serial No. 29333.
