Description
8 day movement, strikes half hours on a gong. Beautiful 4 inch ivory dial, with a hand painted garland of flowers. French sash, beveled glass, hand painted porcelain inlay below the dial, gold finished case standing 14 1/2 inches high. Still considerable gilt although the case is dirty. The metal back cover may not be original. Not running but I believe the verge is slightly bent. Ly-Gilbert No.886.
