Description
Time only, backwind and set, pendulum movement, with enclosed spring barrels. Will need to be serviced. Spring may be broken, at least it is not locking when you wind it. Hand painted porcelain dial with some edge repairs. Fancy hands, pendulum, dial ring. 15 inch high case.
