Description
The only markings on the movement is "1548". Has been serviced and is running. The dial and rings are brass with heavily etched designs and paint in the etched numerals. Note the unusual cast pendulum and etched beat scale. The 26 inch case is decorated with 14 stamped metal pieces. There are two glasses and a cast metal movement bracket. The ebony painted wood case is very old and may not be factory made, it is hard to tell. Exceptional movement and pendulum is worth a good deal more than the minimum.
