Description
There are garlands of flowers cast in the case, front and top. An Ansonia movement with a seconds dial, and running. Key lock box in base, but no where to put in coins, so not a bank. Maybe a safe deposit box. Someone punched a dime size hole in the back to get stuff out I suppose.
